About this Kite Area
Worthing Beach lies along the south coast of Barbados and offers some of the flattest water on the island, with consistent wind and resort amenities directly behind it. That combination makes it accessible to a wider range of riders than the busier Silver Sands.
The island's season runs December through July on trade winds that are among the most reliable in the Caribbean, and the pattern here is the same as elsewhere on this coast: flatter water inside the reef, and anything outside it strictly for experts.
The beach is shared with swimmers and other water users, so confirm the current launch and riding zones locally before rigging.
